Kids+ Kite Festival 2022
Sunday 2nd October 2022 saw the sky at Rippleside Park painted in colour when over 1,000 members of the community came together to celebrate inclusivity.
Granted a cloudless, breezy, sunny day by Mother Nature, we were delighted to see so many people come along and fly a kite, enjoy a coffee, ice-cream, bao or hot jam donut (or all four!)
We sold out of all kites, with all proceeds going to Kids+ to help us to continue to provide, and progress, our community allied health services.
There is no doubt that there is demand in our community for regular, accessible and inclusive events, putting the Kids+ Kite Festival firmly onto the Geelong events calendar.
We are already looking forward to next year!
