The Power Wheelchair Study is an interview-based study to explore perspectives of power mobility interventions for children of different abilities.

This study is looking for parents and children who might be interested in participating. The children must be 8-18 years of age and use a power wheelchair and the parents must have a child 18 years of age or younger who uses a power wheelchair. Parents can take part in the study independent of their children. Children need their parent’s permission to participant in the study but otherwise, children can also participate in the study independent of their parents.

The study involves an interview over Zoom, a computer-based video conferencing program, so anyone in the world can participate in the study. Interviews typically take about 30-45 minutes for parents and <30 minutes for children.
