Is the venue fully accessible?

Yes, the RACV Resort Torquay is fully accessible. If you are a guest of RACV Resort you also have access to the fully accessible (including hoist) pool facilities.

Will my dietary requirements be addressed?

Yes, we will cater for all dietary requirements

If I attend in person, can I have access to the conference recording afterwards?

Yes, this recording is available to all conference attendees, no matter whether you’re attending in person or online, for 3 months after the conference.

Where can I stay?

RACV Resort Torquay has offered a special rate to conference attendees. Please see our website for more details of this. Along with this Torquay and the Surf Coast offers a vast array of accommodation options. Websites such as Booking.com and AirBNB will provide a number of choices

Is there plenty of disabled parking?

RACV Resort Torquay offers a small number of free, disabled parking spaces.

What happens if the event is cancelled due to COVID

Refunds will be issued through Try Booking.

How do I register?

You can Register Here. You will be directed to the TryBooking Website where you can choose between in person and online attendance

How will the conference work online?

A week prior to the conference you will be sent a login, this will be emailed to the registration email address.

For the ultimate experience using a laptop would be advisable, however phone or tablet can be used.

The conference is streamed online through a web browser, and you will require reliable internet connection and speakers.

You will be able to ask questions by typing them in the question box.

During Workshops session you have a choice of which workshop you wish to watch.  You are able to go back and watch the other workshop in your own time.

You will have 3 months access to the entire conference online.

How is Kids Plus delivering Changemakers as a COVID Safe Event?

Kids Plus is committed to complying with all Victorian State Government COVID-safe event requirements. This will include rooms set up to allow for social distancing, sanitiser stations and encouraging people to follow the current State Government Guidelines.
