To increase accessibility to specialist intensive therapy programs for children (0-18 yrs old) with neuro developmental disabilities (including children with cerebral palsy, brain injury, and stroke) in order to increase the participation of these children in daily life, including their roles in family and societal settings such as preschool and school, by, without limitation:
1 providing intensive therapy sessions that address individual impairments and functional limitations because of the disability in relation to a child's specific goals, and which delivers measurable outcomes; 2 providing therapy to children who would not otherwise have access to the therapy either due to cost or distance or both;
